 No, I am not obsessed with Halloween ... OK, maybe a little. I realize it's early, but when the costumes come out you gotta grab the good ones! Old Navy is now debuting its Halloween outfits, with every item falling under the $25 mark. My current favorite is penguin for infants under 12 months ($19.50). The polyester suit has a side zipper for easy dressing, elastic around the head, and, of course, cute penguin arms. Buy now before all the good ones are gone.
